NXT Heatwave 2024 full match card.
WWEOne day after Money In The Bank, WWE presents NXT Heatwave 2024. The event is set to air live from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada this Sunday, July 7th. Five championship matches are scheduled on the main card.
Fatal 4-Way for the NXT championship
Next Sunday at Heatwave, Trick Williams will have to put the NXT championship on the line in a Fatal 4-Way match against Je’Von Evans, Shawn Spears and “All Ego” Ethan Page. It will be the hardest challenge he has had since becoming champion by defeating Ilja Draguniv at NXT Spring Breakin’ on April 23rd. His three opponents never held the NXT championship before and will try to capture it for the first time.
Last chance for Wes Lee
Wes Lee has been out of action for several months due to a back injury that forced him to undergo surgery. Now that he is back in NXT, he wants to get his hands back on the North American championship, as he has been champion between October 2022 and July 2023, making him the longest reigning North American champion in the history of NXT. This Sunday in Toronto, he will have to defeat Oba Femi who seems unstoppable since he became champion on the January 9th episode of WWE NXT. Plus, if Wes Lee loses on Sunday, he won’t get the right to challenge for the North American title again in the future. So, can he do the unthinkable and dethrone the dominant champion at Heatwave?

On the Women’s division, we will have two title bouts. First, Roxanne Perez will defend the NXT Women’s championship against Lola Vice. And, Kelani Jordan will put the NXT Women’s North American championship on the line for the first time on pay-per-view, as she will face Sol Ruca.
Finally, Axiom & Nathan Frazer will defend the NXT Tag Team titles against Chase U’s members Andre Chase & Duke Hudson, who will try to regain the championships that they only held for three weeks back in October and November 2023.
