Kazuchika Okada is All Elite

It was rumored, and it just happened: last night on Dynamite in Duluth, Georgia, Kazuchika Okada made his AEW debut and his first appearance since he left NJPW. He came to confront The Young Bucks in the ring at first, but then hit Eddie Kingston with the Rainmaker to show the world he was on the EVP’s side. Indeed, Kazuchika Okada has just joined The Elite. The Young Bucks and The Rainmaker will address the crowd on AEW Collision this Thursday night in Atlanta; the episode will be broadcast this Saturday, March 9 on TNT.

Samoa Joe will defend the AEW World championship against Wardlow at AEW Big Business

Last night on Dynamite, Samoa Joe & Swerve Strickland defeated the ROH World Tag Team champions in Matt Taven & Mike Bennett. Before the match, Swerve Strickland said he would not give up on the fans cheering for him despite the fact that Samoa Joe retained the AEW World title at AEW Revolution last Sunday. He also said he would come for the Samoan Submission Machine as he was not done with him. But first, Samoa Joe will have to put his championship on the line next week at AEW Big Business against a member of The Undisputed Kingdom, Wardlow, who won the 8-man Scramble match at Revolution to book his spot in the title picture. Can Wardlow shock the world and win the big one next week in Boston, Massachussetts?

Adam Copeland challenges Christian Cage for an I Quit match

The Rated-R Superstar Adam Copeland made his return on Dynamite last night. After Killswitch had defeated Matt Menard, Copeland returned and attacked Nick Wayne on the ramp and Christian Cage, pursuing him backstage. The TNT champion ran away, but Adam Copeland challenged him for an I Quit match on Dynamite next March 20, in Toronto. Christian Cage did not give any answer, but the match has been made official by AEW.

Darby Allin vacates the AEW World Tag Team championships

As Sting has officially retired at AEW Revolution this past Sunday, the AEW World Tag Team titles have to be vacated. That’s what Darby Allin did this Wednesday on Dynamite, saying he didn’t even want to find another partner because nobody could ever replace The Icon Sting. A tournament will be organized to crown the next champions. Darby Allin will face Jay White one-on-one next week at AEW Big Business, as Switchblade confronted him last night to tease their match.

Bryan Danielson confronts Will Ospreay: big match coming?

Will Ospreay defeated Kyle Fletcher via pinfall with the Hidden Blade in the main event of the March 6, 2024 episode of AEW Dynamite. But the show didn’t end with Ospreay’s celebration, because Bryan Danielson came in the ring after the match to confront the British wrestler. The show ended with Ospreay and Danielson looking at each other. So, will we see a match between the two in AEW in the future? Only time will tell.
