• Promo in the ring: The NXT champion Ilja Dragunov kick-offs the show and calls out Carmelo Hayes who comes with security agents on the ramp. Hayes says he won’t come in the ring until he gets a championship match against Dragunov. The champion attacks some members of the security staff to end the segment.
• Match #1: Kiana James defeated Kelani Jordan via pinfall with the Deal Breaker.
• Match #2: Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson defeated Edris Enofe & Malik Blade via pinfall from Luke Gallows on Edris Enofe with the Magic Killer.
  After the match, a fight breaks out between numerous teams: Nathan Frazer & Axiom, The Good Brothers, Andre Chase & Duke Hudson and Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro. They all want a shot at the NXT Tag Team championships.
• Match #3: Roxanne Perez defeated Jakara Jackson via submission with a crossface.
• Match #4: Dijak defeated Luca Crusifino via pinfall with the Feast Your Eyes.
• Promo in the ring: Lyra Valkyria comes in the ring and invites Tatum Paxley to join her. They challenge The Kabuki Warriors for a WWE Women’s Tag Team championships match at NXT Roadblock.
• Promo in the ring: Ridge Holland interrupts them to come in the ring. He wants to speak about his actions on Gallus. But suddenly, the lights go out. A message appears on the screen, saying “Truth will ultimately prevail, but there is pain bringing it to light”. A man appears in the ring and hits Holland in the back with a steel chair. The man then reveals his face… It’s Shawn Spears. The Perfect 10 is back in WWE.

• Match #5: Von Wagner defeated Lexis King via pinfall with a roll-up pin.
  After the match, Lexis King attacked Von Wagner, hitting him with the Coronation.
• Ava announces that Dijak and Joe Gacy will face each other in an Asylum match à NXT Roadblock next week.
• Match #6: Jaida Parker defeated Gigi Dolin via pinfall with a running forearm. Arianna Grace distracted Gigi Dolin when she asked the competitors to stop fighting.
• Match #7: Charlie Dempsey defeated Noam Dar (c) via pinfall with a Dragon Suplex to win the NXT Heritage Cup (2-1).
• Backstage segment: Shawn Spears says he will be at NXT Roadblock next week.
• Promo in the ring: The segment between Ilja Dragunov and Carmelo Hayes ends the episode. Tony D’Angelo interrupts them. He wants a shot at Carmelo Hayes. It’s established that Hayes and The Don will have a match next week on Roadblock, the winner getting a chance to challenge Ilja Dragunov for the NXT championship at NXT Stand & Deliver on April 6. The show ends with a fight, Carmelo Hayes putting Tony D’Angelo through a table.
