WWEWWE SmackDown is coming to the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona this Friday. Two matches have been announced for the show, as well as the presence of The Rock who may have some words for Cody Rhodes after the American Nightmare challenged him to a one-on-one match at Elimination Chamber this past week-end.
Will The Rock give an answer to Cody Rhodes?
Indeed, The Rock has announced he will return to Friday Night SmackDown on the next three episodes of the blue brand. The question now being: will he accept Cody Rhodes’ challenge to a match before WrestleMania XL? The Great One slapped the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble winner in the face during the WrestleMania XL Kickoff in Las Vegas on February 8, and Cody Rhodes wants to get his hands back at him now. It may be a risky move from the American Nightmare before facing Roman Reigns in the main event of the “Grandest Stage Of Them All” for the second year in a row, but it seems nothing will stop him from making it anyway. The Rock won’t come to Glendale, Arizona alone, as the Undisputed WWE Universal champion Roman Reigns will also appear on the show.

Plus, Carlito will take on Santos Escobar in a Street Fight, and Dakota Kai will be back in action as she teams up with Bayley to face the Kabuki Warriors, Asuka & Kairi Sane.
Other wrestlers are schedulded for the next episode of WWE SmackDown: Bianca Belair, the WWE Women’s champion IYO SKY and LA Knight.
