Ricky Starks & Big Bill had to defend the AEW World Tag Team championships in the main event of last night’s episode of Dynamite against the undefeated team of Sting & Darby Allin in a Tornado tag team match. The fight was intense as we would expect, and new champions were crowned as The Icon inflicted the Scorpion Death Drop to Ricky Starks to end the contest via pinfall. But the time for celebration was quite short, as the Young Bucks attacked the new champions right after the end of the match. Could we get a Tag Team titles bout between the two teams at AEW Revolution on March 3?

Tony Khan announces AEW Big Business

Samoa Joe will defend the AEW World championship in a 3-way at AEW Revolution

In AEW Dynamite’s opener last night in Phoenix, “Hangman” Page faced Swerve Strickland for a chance to battle Samoa Joe for the AEW World title on the next pay-per-view. The match ended in a time limit draw, leading Tony Khan to decide that The Samoan Submission Machine will have to defend his belt against both of them in a 3-way match at AEW Revolution 2024. We now know that we will have two huge World championship matches at Revolution, with Toni Storm defending the Women’s title against The Virtuosa, Deonna Purrazzo.
