• Promo in the ring: Eladio Carrion comes in the ring to welcome the fans. He’s joined by Randy Orton, who says he will be a 15-time world champion after the Royal Rumble. AJ Styles then comes to say he’s the one who will win, then LA Knight does the same. The segment ends with AJ Styles inflicting a Pelé Kick to Randy Orton in the ring.
• Match #1: Santos Escobar defeated Carlito via pinfall with a roll up.
• Backstage segment: Bobby Lashley and Santos Escobar pick up their entry number for the Royal Rumble, before the eyes of SmackDown’s GM Nick Aldis and NXT’s GM Ava. Then R-Truth picks up his.
• Match #2: TITLE CHANGE! The Kabuki Warriors defeated Katana Chance & Kayden Carter (c) via pinfall from Kairi Sane on Katana Chance with the InSane Elbow to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team championships. The rest of Damage CTRL comes to celebrate with Asuka & Kairi Sane in the ring.
• Backstage segment: Paul Heyman tells Solo Sikoa to be merciless with LA Knight in his match later tonight. He also tells Jimmy Uso to win the Royal Rumble this Saturday, to go on and face an injured Seth Rollins at WrestleMania and take the World Heavyweight title, as Roman Reigns told him to do.

• Backstage segment: Bianca Belair and Bayley pick up their Royal Rumble entry number.
• Promo in the ring: Bobby Lashley is with the Street Profits and call out The Final Testament. Only Scarlett joins them in the ring and the other members of the clan just stay on the ramp. Bobby Lashley says Karrion Kross is a coward. After some verbal provocations, a fight explodes in the ring. The Final Testament takes the better of Lashley and The Profits.
• Backstage segment: Jimmy Uso picks up his entry number for the Royal Rumble.
• Match #3: Austin Theory defeated Carmelo Hayes via pinfall with a roll up. After the match, Grayson Waller comes to attack Carmelo Hayes with Austin Theory, but Trick Williams makes his way to the ring to save Carmelo Hayes. Trick Williams receives a big ovation from the crowd.
• Backstage segment: Eladio Carrion thinks Randy Orton will win the Fatal-4-way championship match at the Royal Rumble. He’s interrupted and intimidated by the Bloodline.
• Match #4: LA Knight defeated Solo Sikoa via DQ in the main event. AJ Styles attacked LA Knight during the match, costing the disqualification of Solo Sikoa. The fight goes on after the contest. Everyone gets involved: AJ Styles, LA Knight, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso and Randy Orton. The segment and the show end with LA Knight inflicting the Blunt Force Trauma to Randy Orton. All men are down except for LA Knight who is standing tall.
